Through partnering, this 12,000 square feet building, one of many of Massa's self-developed build to suit projects was co-designed by Massa Construction and Beardsley Design Associates. Design Build and Value Engineering departments were put to the task to provide a quality product while meeting the criteria required to house one of our governments busiest agencies.
