The project for the Geneva Public Library consisted of a renovation of the existing historical structure, which began it's life as a church, and construction of a 25,000 square foot multi-story addition without disruption of the library's daily activities.

This was a complex project. During the renovation the existing structure was held in its place while the entire existing foundation and basement floor were lowered 4 feet to accommodate a new community meeting room.
