The DeSales Apartments
A project aimed at preserving a historical building in Geneva, Massa envisioned a luxury apartment complex to meet a niche need. The renovated building leverages the existing structure while enhancing the neighborhood.
Social Security Office Geneva NY
Through partnering, this 12,000 square feet building, one of the many Massa self-developed build to suit projects was co-designed by Massa Construction and Beardsley Design Associates.
Design Build and Value Engineering departments were put to the task to provide a quality product while meeting the criteria required to house one of our government's busiest agencies.
In 2020 the building underwent another renovation and a new 10 year lease signed with the Social Security Administration
Lyons National Bank Operations Center
The bank’s operations center houses loan and mortgage operations in support of its branches. This facility originally brought about 30 employees to Geneva, offering a boost to city restaurants and shops. As the bank grows, additoinal jobs will be added as required.
UR Medicine | Wilmot Cancer Institute
Designed by Hanlon Architects and built by Massa Construction, the new Wilmot Cancer Institute Geneva building features:
- Nine infusion chairs and a private infusion room.
- A laboratory draw station.
- Four exam rooms.
- A conference room with videoconferencing capabilities that will allow physicians to collaborate with other cancer experts to develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Convenient, on-site parking.
“The building creates a brighter, welcoming environment for our patients,” said Dirk M. Bernold, M.D., who has been caring for individuals with cancer in Geneva since 2006. “It will allow us to continue providing compassionate care with a personal approach while ensuring access to cutting-edge treatments.”
